We’re looking for Future Leaders in Engineering. 
Are you a graduate with a strong teamwork mindset? Do you have a passion for complex machinery, automation, or pharmaceutical/vaccines manufacturing processes? 
We are looking for highly motivated engineering graduates who are keen to develop into the future engineering, operational and technical leaders within our Pharmaceutical and Vaccines Manufacturing sites. You will help to ensure we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable processes and equipment to deliver life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in 90% of the world’s countries.   This role will enable you to develop your skills in an industry that’s making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products.

Our Engineering graduate programme will challenge and support you in growing professionally and personally within your chosen discipline, and will give you an insightful experience into the engineering side of our pharmaceutical & vaccines manufacturing business. Through your three rotations, you’ll develop your expertise in engineering concepts while broadening your global business perspective. 
You’ll interact with other graduates and senior leaders to build your career network. You will also receive a development budget to help you develop your technical and professional skills and we will support you in achieving Chartered/Professional Engineer status through our accredited mentoring scheme.
