This guidance was developed to support people working with Afghan refugees who have arrived in the UK since summer 2021. This includes:
This guidance can also be used for the settled Afghan population in the UK. It helps support, guide and give some insights into providing the best care for this population.
The guidance has been produced by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities and NHS England and Improvement London, working with London Councils, the London Association of Directors of Public Health and the UK Health Security Agency.
