Support Worker – Connect4Healthcare – Haverhill

Are you passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference to someone’s life? A care home in Haverhill is looking for a Senior Support Worker to become an important part of their team. This is a small residential home for 5 young adults with learning disabilities, complex health and communication support needs, including Autistic Spectrum condition.

We are keen to receive CVs from Support Workers or Carers who:

  • Have an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards. Or if no NVQ 2 years experience
  • Previous experience in a Support worker or Carer role
  • A Focus on person centred care
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff
