Senior Care Assistant – Stocks Hall Care Homes – Nelson

We currently have a vacancy within our NELSON Nursing Home for a Senior Care Assistant.

The role is to work 48 hours per week on days, and the ideal candidates should share our commitment to provide excellent personal and social care.

We need someone who will lead a dedicated team working with elderly and vulnerable adults, some of whom are living with a form of dementia or have specific nursing needs.

You ideally will have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 and be working towards or be prepared to work towards
Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

If you are highly motivated / can motivate and lead staff effectively / have a compassionate and caring nature / have the flexibility to meet the wide range of individual needs of our residents / are reliable, trustworthy and sociable with a good sense of humour then we can offer in return an excellent working environment and many further training opportunities.
An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
